Variable costs
The employer/client incurs variable costs depending on how many employees use which experts.
Fixed costs
A monthly standby fee is charged for the rapid availability of the STAP-ility team and the prompt networking between employees and experts. This fee depends on various parameters, such as the number of employees, the number of STAP-ility packages booked, etc.
If the commissioning company requires increased (0 – 24 h) availability, a surcharge must be paid. Increased availability may be necessary in the event of impending redundancies, restructuring, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, death in the company, serious illness of an employee and much more.
